Weylan Yutani have not disclosed what happened on LV-426 or what indeed happened to the Marines sent there except to say that an accident occurred on the Sulaco prior to arrival at Hadley's Hope causing the deaths of all onboard. Since then the military and the corporations have tried to keep the Aliens secret but over time news began to filter through the rim and eventually back to the core systems.

You will follow the exploits of the 151st Colonial Marines, Bravo platoon, Special Operations, under command of Major Shane Ryan. They are a tight-knit unit made up of the best the USCM core has to offer and known for always getting the job done no matter what the cost which makes them stand out amongst the rest.

Bravo Platoon are based on the USCM Blackstorm, a Conestoga class transport. Their missions will take them to outer colonies on the rim of known space. Whether they encounter the Alien...well, we'll just have to wait and see.
